Ingredients

Sweet Yogurt 250 gm

Strawberry jelly 1 packet

Fresh Cream 1 packet

Pineapple 1 cup

Banana 2

Mango 2

Sugar 4 tbsp

Banana jelly 1 packet

Method

Beat together Cream, Strawberry jelly, Sugar and Yogurt. Chop all the fruits, cook banana jelly with 2 cups of water and cool. Cut jelly into pieces and add into mixture along with chop fruits. Put it into freezer and serve chilled

Mango Ice Cream by rida

Ingredients

Mango pulp 250 gm

Condensed milk 1 tin

Fresh cream 1 packet

Sugar 4 tbsp

Gelatin powder 2 tsp

Mango essence ½ tsp

Milk ½ cup

Method

Mix pulp with sugar and gelatin powder. Cook till sugar melt. Blend this mixture with 1 cup milk, a tin of condensed milk, and ½ tsp of vanilla essence. Pour this mixture in an airtight container and freeze for 4 hours.

Mango Mousse by rida

Ingredients

Mango pulp 1 cup

Marshmallow 1 cup

Condensed milk 1 tin

Mango essence ½ tsp

Dairy cream 250 gm

Method

In a frying pan cook marshmallow and condensed milk. Mix well and add 1 cup mango pulp. Beat 250 gm cream with ½ tsp mango essence. Fold in mango mixture. Put in glass and garnish with mango slices.

Mango Cheese Cake by rida

Ingredients

Biscuits (Crushed) 2 cups

Butter 50 gm

Ingredients for filling

Cream Cheese 1 bottle

Gelatin powder 2 tbsp

Cream 2 packets

Mango essence ½ tsp

Castor Sugar 1 cup

Mango Pulp 1 cup

Mango Jelly 1 packet

Method

Mix 2 cups crushed biscuits and 50 gm of butter together. Pour this mixture in mould. Press well and put into fridge.

Method for filling

Soak gelatin powder in ½ cup warm water, in another bowl beat 1 bottle of cream cheese, 2 packets of cream and 1 cup mango pulp. Pour this mixture in mould. Freeze for 2 more hours. Cook mango jelly in 2 cup water. Cool and pour on mango cheese cake. Chill for 20 minutes more and serve.

Mango Kulfi

Ingredients

Milk ½ litters

Mango pulp ½ kg

Sugar 250 gm

Khoya 250 gm

Mango essence ½ tsp

Corn flour 2 tbsp

Kevra water 1 tsp

Cardamom powder ¼ tsp

Fresh cream 1 packet

Pistachio 50 gm

Method

Cook ½ litter of milk till boiling. Add in sugar, cardamom powder along with corn flour dissolve in ½ cup of milk or water. Cool and add khoya, mango pulp, kevra water, and a packet of cream. Beat with a beater. Put this mixture in kulfi mould and freeze for 4 hour till firm. Lastly garnish with pistachio and serve.

Macaroni and cheese squares by rida

Ingredients

Macaroni (Boiled) 2 cups

Fresh Bread Crumbs 1 cup

Butter 50 gm

Milk 1 cup

Eggs 2

Oregano ½ tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Onion (chopped) 1

Green Coriander ½ bunch

Garlic (Chopped) 1 tbsp

Black Pepper 1 tsp

Cheddar Cheese 1 packet

Method

In a bowl beat together milk, fresh bread crumbs, macaroni, butter and eggs. Add in oregano, salt, onion, green coriander, garlic, and ½ packet cheddar cheeses. Mix well and pour this mixture in a greased oven proof tray. Press well by spoon. Bake in a pre heated oven off 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

Mississippi mud pie by rida

Ingredients

Biscuit 2 packets

Butter 100 gm

Chocolate Ice cream ½ liter

Chocolate 500 gm

Chocolate chip 1 cup

Peanut 1 cup

Vanilla essence ½ tsp

Cream 1 cup

Method

Crush the biscuits and add butter. Mix well and pour this mixture in a baking tin. Press well and put it into a fridge. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Mix in vanilla essence. Make a layer of ice cream on biscuit mixture. Now pour the melted chocolate on top, lastly spread peanut and chocolate chips and freeze for 1 hour

Cherry Short Bread Slices by rida

Ingredients

Flour 1 cup

Butter 100 gm

Sugar ½ cup

Coco powder 1 tbsp

Egg 1

Ingredients for Topping

Butter 3 tbsp

Castor Sugar 3 tbsp

Milk 1 tbsp

Vanilla Essence ½ tsp

Cherries 6

Raisins (chopped) 2 tbsp

Almond (chopped) 2 tbsp

Pistachio (chopped) 2 tbsp

Method

Put flour, sugar, coco powder and butter in a bowl, mix well. Add in egg and knead to soft dough, roll the dough and cut into 2 inches squares. For topping mix butter, castor sugar, vanilla essence and milk. Pour this mixture on biscuits. Spread some of chopped almond, pistachio, raisins and cherries. Bake in a pre heated oven of 150 degrees for 15 minutes.

Masala French Fries by rida

Ingredients

Potatoes ½ kg

Carom seeds powder ½ tsp

Salt ½ tsp

Red chili powder 1 tsp

Chaat Masala 1 tsp

Garlic chopped 1 tsp

Egg 1

Corn flour ½ cup

Oil as required

Method

Wash ½ kg potatoes and cut into finger. Put potato fingers in a bowl and mix with ½ tsp Carom seeds powder, ½ tsp Salt, 1 tsp Red chili powder, 1 tsp Chaat Masala, 1 tsp Garlic chopped and 1 Egg. Mix well and roll in ½ cup dry Corn flour. Fry in hot oil till it is crispy and color turn into golden brown

Arabian Delight by rida

Ingredients

Flour ½ kg

Saffron ½ tsp

Water 4 cup

Sugar 3 cups

Cardamom powder ½ tsp

Rose water 3 tbsp

Coconut powder 2 tbsp

Butter 100 gm

Condensed milk 1 tin

Method

Roast ½ kg flour on low flame till it turns golden brown in color. Add 4 cups water, 3 cup sugar, ½ tsp cardamom powder, 2 tbsp desiccated coconut, 3 tbsp rose water, ½ tsp saffron and 100 gm butter. Cook for 30 minutes on low flame. Then turn the flame off and add 1 tin condensed milk.

Raw Banana Ice Cream by rida

Ingredients

Banana 6

Dates ½ cup

Coconut milk 1 cup

Vanilla essence ½ tsp

Cinnamon powder ½ tsp

Peanut (chopped) ½ cup

Chocolate chip ½ cup

Brown sugar ½ cup

Method

Cut 6 bananas and ½ cup dates into pieces and Freeze; now in a blender put dates and bananas with 1 cup coconut milk, ½ tsp vanilla essence, ½ tsp cinnamon powder, ½ cup brown sugar and 4 tbsp honey. Blends well, now fold in ½ cup chopped peanuts and ½ cup chocolate chips. Freeze till firm and serve chilled.
