Bhunna balti chicken by shireen

                  Bhunna balti chicken


Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg
Onion chopped 2 cups
Oil ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Tomato puree 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Yogurt whipped ½ cup
Allspice ½ tsp
Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
Green chilies 4 tbsp cut into halves
Ginger Julian 1 tbsp


Method
Heat oil add in chopped onions fry till light golden add ginger garlic paste with chicken, fry well, add salt, turmeric and chili powder with ½ cup water, cover and cook till chicken tender, add yogurt, tomato puree, fry well till oil comes on top, lastly add allspice, chopped coriander and green chilies and sliced ginger.
